Dr Abhijit Sale, a medical doctor and an PGD in Hospital Administration works as the Projects Manager for Mumbai.

Dr Abhijit has been instrumental in setting up the Health services part of Uplift and has graduated to be a Projects officer after setting up the back office operations of Uplift .

He is responsible for setting up Mutuals with two new partner organisations in Mumbai.

Dr Amit Wadkar, a medical doctor and an MBA in Health Care Management works as Services Manager.He also has certification in Emergency Medical Services(PGDEMS),Clinical Research(CCR),Gynaecology &Obstetrics(CGO),Child Health(CCH),and Human Resources for Health(HRH) Basics.

He is responsible for the entire management of Health Services that Uplift provides to its members. He is responsible for the creation and management of the Health Care Network, Supervision of Uplift's Guidance centre and also manages the 24X 7 helpline apart from validating reimbursement applications for members .

Dr Deepali, a medical doctor and fellow of the Insurance Institute of India works as Projects Manager. 

She is responsible for the overall setup and operational management of Uplift technical support to MIU's that includes product and process design, tools design and deployment (including client education) and risk management.

Designing products and tools with communities is her passion and is currently working on designing of Thrift based Health Mutual product. 

Dicky  with a Masters in Counselling and experience of working on women and child issues works as Assistant Manager.

Dicky  is responsible for trainings, research and development of tools and processes for Mutuals. He is responsible for the quality of field processes and staff.

Dicky  is currently working on standardizing Uplift's manuals and training modules.

Dr Komal Ghamande is a medical doctor and works as Asstt Manager Services.

She handles the Guidance and referral centre at the community level and helps members and their families manage their health by guiding them with good medical counselling. She also helps Dr Amit in the management of health services in Pune.

Dr Komal is currently pursuing  MBA in Hospital Management.

Dr Swati Shinde is a medical doctor and works as Medical officer in Mumbai.

She handles the Guidance and referral centre at the community level and helps members and their families manage their health by guiding them with good medical counselling. She also helps Dr Amit in the management of health services in Mumbai.

Dr Swati has given her MD exam and is awaiting results.

Sulbha Waghmare has a MSW and works as a Field Executive.

Sulbha has a rich experience of working at the grassroots level for over a decade and brings her skills in monitoring the filed processes for quality and building the capacity of field workers to deliver desired services to Members. She divides her time between Pune and Mumbai helping the field staff of partner MIU's.

Vrushali with a Masters in Personnel Management has been working in the filed of management information systems for over seven years and is currently working as Back Office and MIS Manager.

Vrushali is working on developing a web based MIS for Uplift along with streamlining Uplift's growing back office work that includes Uplift projects in Mumbai and Rajasthan.
